Errata to the Report
Basic Pay-Definition

In the revised scheme of pay scales, the basic pay shall comprise

For Civilians:
The sum of pay in the pay band and grade pay.

For Defence Forces Personnel:
The sum of pay in the pay band, grade pay and X Group pay (where applicable). Military Service Pay will be an additional element which shall count as pay for all purposes except increments.
